Process

All correspondence is done by e-mail

On receiving instructions, the insured is phoned on the same day to facilitate a date & time for a meeting . The Insured and or the Broker are advised of the date & time. After the meeting the Insurer and or Broker are notified of the estimate. On 80 % of claims the turnaround time is one(1) week depending totally on the co-operation of the insured to furnish the relevant requested documentation

Reports

All correspondence is done by e-mail

Our Reports consist of an Executive Summary which highlights the relevant aspects of the claim and the recommendation.

 It is followed by an in-depth investigation report substantiated with the required underlying documentation, photo album ect.
